I only got to the screening. It was 30 minutes long and I didn't feel like it was a good role for me. I was asked what I knew about the company and any skills related to the job, as well as an introduction. No follow-ups or anything, and I was ghosted. Completely unprofessional.

It was a standard initial interview call with the hiring manager. When I moved forward to the second round interview, it was with the lead for sales. The video call was held via teams. I was unfortunately ghosted.
