A quick phone check followed by an hour interview with two people. The reason for my negative opinion is the fact that I was ghosted after a face to face interview- they were supposed to get back to me within a week and ignored me. I understand when applications are ignored - after all, recruiters cannot get back to everyone. But ghosting someone you interviewed face to face? I find it quite disrespectful.
