I felt used in a process as they already knew who they were hiring. The Hiring Manager called me out of the blue and didn't give me the proper details.

Questions about diversity from white people. Clearly all the questions were all mechanical from head office. I asked a question about covid protocol as mandates were lifted. They couldn't answer my question.
