Two sets of two-hour interviews with a 30-minute period at the start to read the questions and prepare your answers. One question was a short essay question and one questions was math/engineering related.

First take the position exam (online), apply for the position with references, undergo first (and only round) interview with a panel of three, references will be checked after the interview. Upon notice of award, you'll have to pass a conflict of interest screening.

Question 1
There were five questions, but asked to keep these confidential. They were straightforward behavioral questions like "give us an example of a time when ...." They give you about five minutes to develop a response to each question and then ten minutes to answer. There were only five questions.
