"GHOSTED!l Like many others who have written about their interview process at Calix, I was completely ghosted, in my case after the initial interview. I am not surprised, as the woman who interviewed me was somewhat robotic and unemotional. I sent a follow-up email asking for an update and heard crickets. It seems that perhaps they treat their actual employees differently than prospective candidates, which is a red flag about the company. Or could it be that the high rating the company appears to have achieved is not really legit? Buyer beware!"
