Callison insisted on a Skype interview with a screener in Seattle. The interviewer didn't have his video on for the entire 70 min. I felt it was unprofessional and impersonal.

Tell me about yourself. He never asked any other specific questions about my background. I don't think he had my resume in front of him or knew anything about me.
