Pretty basic - I had a phone interview with the Regional VP and an in-person interview with the Regional Manager at the time and Regional VP. The VP has been working at the company since the 90's and still feels the need to read off of a generic paper?

The interview is not natural. It's all standard/cheesy questions - "Where do you see yourself in 5 years", etc....
