Question 1
I would like to share my feedback on the test. I felt that the test was not configured properly. The first question was a coding challenge, which typically takes 10-15 minutes minimum. However, we were left with only 25 minutes to complete 19 other questions. I believe the allotted time was insufficient. Additionally, there was no option to leave question 1 and submit it later, which further added to the time pressure. When I had my HR screening call, the test link was shared, soon after the call finished. Ideally, the test should be shared over the weekend to respect candidates' weekly work routine. Please note that I don't intend to sound impolite or harsh in any way. I just wanted to share my honest feedback. I hope that this feedback will help you improve the test process for future candidates. Once again, thank you for considering me for the role. Hr Call to schedule the interview with the QA Team(5 mem).
No one showed up on the interview meeting, I waited for 15 minutes and reached the HR who scheduled the call and she has no clue as well.
After 1 hour they proposed new time but I declined since i don't want to work with people who doesn't respect others time
