very easy process - Take a video showing your teaching abilities. Follow provided lesson plan. Use props to help teach the words. Have lots of energy and smiles! They will ask you to re-film if something is missing.

You complete an online profile and video. In the video you talk about yourself., experience, hobbies etc... Once you complete your profile and introduction video, you submit and await approval.
