Single-stage interview conducted with the Global Web Manager, consisting of standard behavioural questions. The overall process spanned 2 weeks; however, I received a regretful outcome as HR declined my application.

Tell me about a challenging project you've worked on in the past. How did you approach it and what was the outcome? Can you describe a situation where you had to work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve a common goal? What's your preferred approach to handling tight deadlines and high-pressure situations? Could you provide an example?

Entretien
The interview process was 4 phases; an interview with the recruiter, two interviews with hiring managers, and a final case study presentation. You have 3 days to complete the case study, so the time investment is pretty demanding. That said, my overall interview experience was average leading up to the presentation. Then it took a turn for the worse... I slaved over the case study, probably spending a good 20 hours reading through the 100's of pages of documents provided, thoughtfully answering the case study questions, and putting together a presentation. After my presentation, I was ghosted by the entire Campari team I interviewed with. It was a complete slap in the face and egregiously unprofessional after all my hard work and a three month interview process. I followed up several times with the recruiter and the hiring manager and never received a response. It takes two seconds to send an email notifying they've moved forward with another candidate or that I wasn't a good fit. Extremely disappointing and speaks to how they treat people; disposable.
