2 managers 1 Hr person all asking questions. They all took turns to ask questions with a lot of heads down to write. You also got a pen and paper id you wanted to take notes during the interview.

There was a phone screening and one virtual interview. There were two pannels for interview. two sets of questions (HR/culture related questions & practical/scenario based questions). There can be role playing as well.

-A mixture of knowledge-based questions and scenario-based questions -It was a virtual interview with a panel of 3 rotating and asking questions -Know the job requirements and duties -Long process they get back to you in weeks

Q: The referral line is ringing, your co-worker needs assistance, and a client who is in crisis. Who do you attend to first, second, and third and why?
