Invitation to interview was sent by email along with a request to prepare a 10 minute presentation on healthy organizational culture (not related to the actual position). A one-page document was sent with information/ guidelines for the presentation. I spent hours researching and preparing a presentation, I brought print-outs for the panel and a copy of the presentation on a USB key. The interview process began with the presentation followed by one hour of panel interview with the hiring manager and the director. The questions were formal but the interviewers were friendly and smiled throughout.
