1st round of interviews was with Morrigan Bruce (Director of Programs), where the usual interview questions were asked, and the general overview of the company. 2nd round of interviews was with Claudia Bravo (Lead Client Care Associate), where we went into detail about the day-to-day activities of the job, and what is to be expected during the workday. 3rd round of interviews was with Morrigan Bruce and Dawn Hogh (Executive Director), where all remaining questions were answered, and all follow-up questions were asked to get a feel of the interactions between staff and new hires.
