The longest interview process I have ever done. Multiple steps before you even see a person. This includes a written interview that took me roughly 4 hours to complete and a technical assessment. Then a few interviews for competency. The people were great! Seemed so nice! Moved on to a talent interview where they drop the bomb on you for salary. Cannot believe I wasted this much time on a company that doesn't value its employees.

Overall 6-8 rounds took around 5months. Software Architecture interview : gave me some scenario about software development and asked me about what I would do, what tech stacks I would use, how would I manage a project, my open source contributions, agile vs waterfall etc. and other software development practices
