Had a first interview with HR then was passed on to a 2nd interview with the COO. "We'll get back to you either way in a week" - they did not, they ghosted me.
I figured I wouldn't get the job after I heard they still had a 'friends and family' candidate to interview. If you want a fair shake and don't want your time wasted, look elsewhere.
