Entretien
A 15 mins talk over the phone with their recruiter, followed by a 8 hrs coding test. Got results in three weeks since the submission. My coding test was rejected. This isnt the first time I have been rejected, so thats not the reason for a negative review. The reason is that it took them a 5 hrs test (which realistically takes more than that for someone with a job and children) to conclude something that could have been tested in a 30 mins test. In response to all of my hard work, they got an assessor who spent no more than 10mins to find flaws that are purley subjective to the person looking at the code. The code passed all tests.

Question 1
Create frontend code that was supposed to use Promises for simulating a Knockout Tournament.
it's similar process like ThoughtWorks
first they send you a homework, if it's interesting you get to the next round.
but the second round is different, it's not pair programming and it took more then 3 hrs, first part is adding one or two new features, second part is about performance. I was mentally exhausted after finished the first part which last about 1h 40mish, it's hard to keep excited since it's not pair programming, they just observing.
