      After the initial phone screening that asked maybe one or two technical questions I was invited for an in person. The in person interview consisted of 3 30 minute interviews, in this case all 3 were behavioral since it seems they don't have anyone currently at the company with any experience in this field. Received a call 2 days afterwards saying they were looking for someone else and didn't give any feedback, so it's hard tell how they choose based on zero technical questions.

As you mention, our process is a call with one of our Talent Acquisition team members to confirm alignment to the role and responsibilities of the position, a technical interview to hone in on the alignment to the technical skills required for the role, and then in-person interviews that focus on behavioral based questions aligned to our core values as well as client interaction.       Entretien

      The interview process was highly efficient, with most interviews scheduled consecutively within a 2-hour timeframe. However, the recruiter provided misleading information regarding the salary range for the position. After the interview, but before consulting with the interviewer, the recruiter informed me that I was evaluated at a salary below the initially quoted range. They extended an offer that included a signing bonus, which would need to be repaid if terminated for performance-related reasons or if I left within the first year. During the early stages of the interview process, I was very clear about my inability to travel and was assured that there would be no travel outside of my home city. However, when I inquired about the travel requirements during the offer stage and requested confirmation in writing, I was told that such a guarantee could not be provided. Instead, I was informed that I could apply for a travel accommodation, which would require submission of medical documentation for review and potential approval. I was very upfront about my inability to travel during the early stages of the interview process where I was told that there was no travel outside of my home city. However, when I inquired about the travel requirements during the offer stage where I asked for it in writing. I was told that such a guarantee could not be provided.
