Initial Phone Interview. I applied on linkedin, got an email the next day and had an initial phone interview about a week later. I have only thus far completed the initial phone interview. It was general and background focused. The process seems to be that after passing the initial phone interview your resume will be circulated to your potential team to see what they think. If there is interest then a technical interview will be scheduled.
