I was contacted through email by one of CapTech's recruiters. After an initial phone screening with a talent acquisition lead, I meet with a CapTech project manager for a technical screening. From there, I was brought on-site for a more thorough interview. This consisted of three 30-minute meetings in sequence. I was interviewed by a technical lead, a project manger, and the chief talent officer. I was contacted by phone shortly after this interview and offered a job. The last step was a background check and finalizing the offer. Throughout the entire process I was in close contact with a CapTech talent acquisition lead via email.
