It was a sit down interview in their boardroom with the HR Manager, Manager Insurance Operations and an independent consultant. I sat across from them, however due to my wealth of experience in this arena I was not intimidated by the positioning. Was not very keen on the consultant who I felt did not have a good handle on the true merits of the position.
