I thought the interview has been conducted same as decades ago. The interview started at 9.00 am. As usual, you got 2.5 hours to (0.5 hours - fill the employment form + 2hours to answer the test). The employment form is really long pages, I personally think you need to practice to write a lot and fast. A different position has different test questions. As for my position, I got 7 questions to answer including 2 articles about success person. Yes, it is true the articles is quite fuzzy since it has been photocopied maybe zillion time. Some words you need to guess by yourself. 1 question - definition a term. 3 questions- calculation (finance). 3 questions - some sort of essay questions. There are a lot of candidates and if you managed to finish early, you can interview early. Unfortunate for me since my interview session at lunch hour and it is very uncomfortable since the interviewer often watches the clock (maybe they are hungry. Lunch time right ). I am the one who asks about the company policy. Yes, it is true you need to work til Saturday and no phone even during lunch. Oh, the probation is 6 months and if they think you required a longer period, it possible your probation time up to a year. I guess! (I didn't meet Tan Teng Boo)

I was given a written test initially, followed by a one- to three-minute interview. You are required to write an essay and do some calculations regarding the CAGR. The interview lasted 1 hour.
