There was an online application, followed by a phone interview and then two in person interviews with the store manager and another with the district manager. A week later I was called and offered a sales position.

Background questions to pull character traits. This is a pretty straight forward interview. Very easy. If you have good communication skills you should be fine. Nothing more to say about this.
