They do a really good job of asking you quality questions and giving you a full understanding of what the position entails. They pretty much ask you why you want to work there and what you bring to the table.

Phone interview. Easy, asked about availability and work experience, asked if I had any questions. Then they set up an in person interview. Sent me an email for tips how to prepare for the interview.
