I applied online and recieved a call from Managment. They asked me a few introductory question like have I heard of the company what I thought about what I hear etc. Then they asked me about my work history - why I was looking for another job etc. The next step was they asked me for a phone interview. That went very very well as I felt comfortable in it because I was able to do some homework on the kind of questions ased such as more detail on why I wanted another job and what have I liked about it and what I didnt etc. Some questions caught me by suprise like: What was your worst day like and what accomplishments would you like to have in the future. But I answered fine as they were all finished on a positive note. I was asked for a face to face and I will be given a long questionarre and then will meet the interviewer.
