The interview process was pretty simple compared to many companies. After the initial interview with the business officer manager, I had one additional interview with additional managers from the store.

Entretien
STAR method questions. Listen to the question in full and answer the question in full. If you are familiar with the STAR question format, then you'll do just fine. Most of the questions ask for a specific example, so be sure to be specific. They rate you based on internal competencies. It okay that you don't know CarMax internal competencies, so really just focus on being specific and answering using STAR.

Entretien
You are first contacted for a phone interview, then if they like you, you will have an in person meeting with another manager. If all goes well you will hear back for the final step, which is orientation.

Entretien
There are 3 interviews to be completed individually with 3 different supervisors. If you make it passed those three, you are offered the job the same day. They are pretty much basic interview questions relating to customer service.
