I have to say that without a shadow of a doubt, it was the most thorough interview process I have ever experienced, even having been on both sides of the interview table myself. Coming in to the door everyone treats you so kindly. The managers make you comfortable really talking about yourself and your experiences honestly. It is clear that they have an incredible amount of concern for the Quality of the people they hire. They don’t just ask you about your professional skillset, and you actually won’t get too many of those questions. It is also pretty clear each interview builds on the last one, so it is obvious they actually discuss the candidate. And they are unmatched in the accommodations they provide you. It is clear that your time and interest is just as important to them as their own.

I met with both the sales manager and an assistant manager. The manager was professional and attentive. He was a good listener. The assistant manager was friendly enough, but somewhat immature. I believe the assistant manager had made his mind up that he was not going to hire me before he ever asked the first question, based on my age.
