Was not very good. Information was told to employees wrong and they did not cover proper safety that well at all they took a lot of short cuts in explaining things. They did not take use of their employees the way they should have

HR manager interviews people for the the jobs then picks what plant needs workers, ask you to go take a drug test and then you go do a 2 day orientation before you start your new job.

Quick and easy there was nothing to it simple questions. They go over your resume then ask you question then you fill out your application then they call you with your start date and shift.
