Quick tour and a few "get to know each other" questions and you get the job. I meet with the training manager who is really nice. Then I talked to HR who stated the paperwork that day to get me started working there. Easiest interview I've ever had.

the interiew was very simple and easy . just showed up spoke to the vice president and human resources they asked me simple questions like past work experince and my problem solving skills
