I had the initial interview on the phone. 2nd round was in the office. No callback or email after that.
Pros: very nice office, business casual clothing
Cons: unorganized with interviews. I came for my interview at 2 but we didn't start until 2:25

Phone screen followed up by onsite interview with hiring manager. I was only asked one question, the rest of the interview was the hiring manager talking. I felt it was time wasted. After the interview I was advised I would hear back in the next week, but did not get any feedback, very poor.

7 people interviewed me, 3 managers, one director and one VP. old technology not much deep technical questions. but a lot of interpersonal question, people were very friendly but made people feel very stress and uncomfortable.
