3 steps 1st- Phone screen, standard questions. 2nd- Meeting with hiring manager and senior dev, Personality questions Assigned take-home after 2nd interview. Probably spent 2-3 hours total on it. 3rd- Meeting with the hiring manager, technical review of take-home. Overall, reasonable and professional interview process, seems like a good place to work and a good team, I just got a better offer elsewhere that was unreasonable for them to match.
