The interview process at CCI was professional and well-structured. I first received a screening call, where my background and interest in the role were discussed. I was then invited for a formal interview with the hiring manager, where I had the opportunity to talk about my experience, strengths, and understanding of the company. I also completed an assessment to demonstrate my skills. Overall, the process was informative, engaging, and gave me a clear insight into CCI’s expectations and work culture.

I had to do few assessments on P.C and learn how to talk, handle objectives and calls on a call center environment. I had to know know what is broadband. Learn how to empathize with clients and how yo handle them.
