Took about 2 months so hear back after I initially applied. First interview was with HR and hiring manager. Pretty straightforward questions. Big focus on why I wanted to work there and what I could bring to the team. Got a call a few days later to setup a second interview. That was with 3 different leaders across the company. Each one had a slew of questions. Not a lot of behavioral questions. A lot of open dialog questions. It's been 2 months and haven't heard anything back. I contacted them a few weeks back and they stated they were still interviewing candidates. It appears things must move slow there with the limited resources they have.
