Saw job ad on EmployFlorida.com. Applied through company web site. Was contacted by HR rep a week later. Interviewed with HR rep and dept manager. They were very friendly and asked a few standard questions- tell me about yourself, how do you organize your day. They did not ask any behavioral questions (tell me about a time when...) and did not try to make me feel uncomfortable. This is a woman-owned company and it seems they treat their employees very well. They dress business professional.

Applied for the job, got called the same day and schedule an interview for the same week. I was asked a variety of questions covering work ethic, situational scenarios, job-related experience, personality-based questions, etc.
