Long and arduous, they are not totally that into the process and the role is like a revolving door, so they were not as committed to the process. Would not recommend working their at all

Entretien
I had two interviews after submitting the application and was one of 2 finalists. Pretty quick process, only about 3 weeks. Interviews were with the director and some fellows. I suggest doing some research on fellows you may meet to better understand how to help them. Quite casual and enjoyable discussions about the field as well as how you fit into the team
