I applied online and was accepted. They set up the interviews for me and provided me with information about the school. I then had to reach out to the schools with the option to accept or decline the school.

I participated in on-campus recruiting, so submitted my application through a college portal. But interview itself was relaxed, informal and straightforward; very focused on what you want out of your teaching experience. We went over my resume and talked about my teaching preferences.
