You apply online, and then I called them a few days after to set up an interview. Then I interviewed with a nice woman who asked be basic questions about my education and past work experience. Then she asked what I would do in some hypothetical situations, like if a customer were mad, or if I saw trash in the park. Got the job on the spot. Not a hard interview
