In house interview with both a tax and audit partner present. Asked some questions about my educational background, transcripts, work experience, and personal preference in a position with the company. They were very polite and introduced me to other staff members.

Entretien
I had an on-campus interview with one Supervisor. In the same day, I was informed that they would like to move forward and invite me to their office for a second interview within the same week. At the office, I was interviewed with three different Audit Supervisors who were very nice and knowledgeable. They would like to know more about you and your experience to consider if you would be a good fit. One supervisor asked few technical questions which are not hard if you are an accounting student and take your education serious. All three supervisors ask about my past experience, what I did, if I am CPA eligible and what is my plan to take CPA...Need to know your resume very well. The whole process was smooth and well-organized. Everyone I met were nice and polite.

Entretien
Interviewed by different levels in the company - usually at least two people per each separate interview. Lasted anywhere between 30 to 45 min with each group. All done the same day.
