First, there was a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by an in-person interview. I didn’t care for the interview process. I provided the recruiter with my available times as requested, but initially, she still scheduled me on a date and time I wasn’t available. Eventually, when I was able to go in person, I wasted my PTO and gas, sitting in traffic going to and from the interview. To this day, I have never had such a horrible commute to and from an interview. They refused a virtual interview
