The worse interview process ever! It’s been 3 weeks since I interviewed and still have not heard back from anyone! I received one email from the recruiter asking which Tuesday or Thursdays works best for me to come sit in on their company meeting and I responded. I never got an confirmation email so I decided to go to the day I mentioned I can attend. 30 minutes with 4 people. One of the people never showed up to interview. I was sitting in the room for 30 minutes by myself. The recruiter did not even come and check on me to see if everything was ok or come after the interview. I simply walked out. Sent few emails to the hiring manager and company recruiter, nothing back and it’s been 3 weeks. Save your time!
They hire for strengths, not just lack of weakness. Interviews focus on growth potential, eagerness to learn, and future trajectory. Had to give a sales discovery call presentation. Recruiter and HR screen, then hiring manager (sales manager), take home assignment, virtual panel interview and a leadership call.
