J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Carter's (Apple Valley, CA) en nov. 2016
Entretien
Came in and met the hiring manager, she asked me several customer service-related questions, got to know me a little bit, and was hired on the spot. I filled out a couple of papers and she made a copy of my license and social. It took me almost 3 weeks and (me bugging them with visits/phone calls lol) to start my first shift though because there was an issue with their server regarding my background check. So it took longer than normal to officially start.

Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.

The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.

Super chill and asked relevant questions to the job, its a one on one conversation and ask a lot of questions about you as a person. Dont stress too hard and just be yourself.
