After submitting my application, I was contacted by a coordinator to speak with a HR representative for my initial screening the very next day which was great! The very next day, I was contacted by the hiring manager to conduct my 1st interview the following week. The expectations were set from the beginning that this would be a virtual interview and video would be required. Once my 1st interview was completed, and I was notified of the time needed to hear a response, there was a little delay. However, I later found out that the delay was due to an internal restructuring that would align me to a different manager. Two weeks after my first interview, I was interviewed by the 'new' hiring manager and the president of the company. The recruiter, HR Manager and Hiring Managers were very transparent in process which I appreciated. I also appreciated their responsiveness which is rare nowadays.
