Applied online and then was e-mailed by a recruiter to set up a phone interview. After submitting times I was available to the interview, the recruiter never replied to confirm a time to interview me. I emailed him twice over the next week or so to confirm a time, and was ignored. The recruiter never got back to me. Casper really needs to work on hiring good recruiters. Experiences like this leave bad tastes in the mouths of developers who are looking to work at your company. Developers have a community and talk to each other and let each other know how their interview experiences went at companies. This experience doesn't reflect well on Casper. I won't be applying to Casper again and if I hear of a colleague interested in Casper, I won't hesitate to tell them not to.
