I cleared the first round of the interview, and the interviewer was really impressed. The recruiter even told me that I’d be moving on to the second round. But after 10 days of complete silence, I was informed that the position is now on hold. What’s frustrating is that this isn’t the first time it’s happened with this company. I interviewed with them 3–4 years ago, made it through two rounds, and then the same thing happened: the process just stopped, and the role was put on hold.
