Entretien
The recruiter contacted me and we had a Technical Phone screen within a week. They asked a simple questions about basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Then I was called onsite and there I had 4 rounds with 2 Technical rounds.
Ideally you would expect that after the Onsite they would tell the result. But they asked me to take 2 more further Assessment Tests which is weird and asked me to complete within 3 days. One Assessment test was a 1 hour simple logical reasoning test and the other I have to build the sample contact management application using Caspio Platform,.
To develop the application 3 days is a very short span of time keeping in mind our work schedules. Also I feel this is not a very effective interview process as whatever they want to test should be before onsite rather than after, which I feel is a stupid process.
Absolute waste of time giving interview with Caspio and they offer very minimal pay packages.

Entretien
There were series of interview. HR Interview, Assessment exam (online), coding exam, technical interview, manager interview then the job offer.
I think for this role out of all the step, the coding exam is the most challenging so I suggest you to refresh your knowledge with JS or PHP and ensure that you can explain your code while working on it.
