The interview is very boring and a bit wired. First the HR asked me for my id and photo and made copies without even explaining why they need them, then the HR literally handed me job application form and asked me to fill out, which I've already done online and the questions are redundant. Then, again, without explaining the interview process, the HR gave me three "coding questions" which are pretty basic and not relevant to the role description. She told me to finish it within 10min. After I did all these, the manager came into the room and I guess started the interview. The manager didn't even introduced himself and don't seemed prepared at ALL(disrespectful), and the most important thing is that after the interview, I asked him about the project and specific tasks that this role is going to handle, he was only able to gave a very vague explanation which probably means himself doesn't really understand the technical aspect of the project(red flag), so he can only told me that they use C# and React. Generally this was a pretty disrespectful interview and they don't really seemed to care about who gets hired.
