First, the CTO called me personally for a basic non technical phone interview, then I went to their company which located at downtown , LA. At their office, they asked me to take a paper based test first. The material of the test includes html, javascript, ..net, and C#. After the test, couple of their senior developers came to me and started to ask some more technical questions.
