S.T.A.R. Format with the hiring manager and one other senior manager. The hiring manager asked structured interview questions and I was expected to answer in the S.T.A.R. format. The interview was comfortable and the interviewers were genuinely interested in learning about me as a candidate. They were helpful when answering the question that I had about the position as well.
