There was a site tour with current grad scheme employees, an interview with 2 members of staff (with a mix of questions about your technical skills as well as typical HR questions), and a 10-minute presentation.

Awful, they are just reading from a script, there is no interaction or interpretation from their part. they want you to answer in the format they need to input on their computers. You'll understand when you go through it.
Just make sure you have a few examples of teamwork and leadership (S.T.A.R. method)
answear like you are talking to a robot or writing them down yourself.
