Got called in for an interview a couple months after applying. Met with the nursing recruiter who was not too friendly and was busy writing ie, transcribing my answers to questions. So it didn’t feel like an interview (conversation), more like a test.
Initial interview with recruiter over the phone which lasted about 20 minutes. I was informed that my information would be passed along and someone would reach out should any positions become available.

Entretien
First had an interview with the nurse recruiter then with the nurse manager for a floor for their telemetry residency. The interview with the recruiter was very straightforward. The one with the nurse manager is harder with behavioral/priority questions.
