I had 2 interviews. the first with the DM which took about an hour and the second with the Regional Manager which lasted 20-30 minutes. Basically talked about my experience in retail and loss prevention.

I started as a Sales Associate, and I will say the interview and hiring process is fairly easy. Not too many questions, a few pages of paperwork to sign, and then orientation if they decide to hire you. All of this can take up to a week.

There is multiple interviews spread out 2-3 weeks even up to a month. First starts off with phone interview, personal interview with lot of paper work then a assessment and then a phone interview with rvp.

Overall, the interview process was quick. Quite easy. I was required to take a managerial quiz. The quiz had questions to test your morals, to test your common sense and even some mathematical questions. Interviewed with DM. Then interviewed with the RVP.
